Do you have Wi-Fi?
Most guests come to unplug, but we do provide high speed Wi-Fi in each cabin.
Is there a gym on site?
Yes — Bear Creek TN features a private fitness space equipped with: Dumbbells, a weight rack, resistance bands, and cardio equipment. Cables coming soon!

Can I bring my pets?
We love pets — but currently, we are not a pet-friendly property.
Do the cabins have fireplaces or fire pits?
Yes!
Indoor fireplace (only in the Party House)
Outdoor fire pit with chairs for cozy nights and marshmallow memories at all Cabins. Firewood is provided.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, you may do so within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, no questions asked — as long as your check-in date is 30 days or more away.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost.
Cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date are non-refundable.
This is because your cabin has been fully reserved and prepared specifically tailored for your unique arrival.
What are the best airports to fly into?
McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) — Knoxville, TN
Distance: ~1 hour from Bear Creek TN
A small but efficient airport with direct flights from major hubs like Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, and Chicago.
Tri-Cities Airport (TRI) — Blountville, TN
Distance: ~1.5 hours from Bear Creek
A great secondary option, especially for guests traveling from the Northeast or Midwest. Offers connections via Delta, American, and Allegiant.
