- Guest agrees to follow all rules, regulations, and policies of Bear Creek Lodge.
- Free cancellation is allowed for 48 hours from the time of booking the reservation. A 50% refund will be issued if booking is canceled 30 days prior to stay. No refund will be issued if booking is canceled fewer than 30 days prior to stay.
- The Guest responsible for booking the rental and agreeing to these terms and conditions must be at least 25 years of age.
- Guests must not smoke indoors.
No cigarette butts thrown on grounds.
- Guest is responsible for loss or damage to rental goods in case of Fire, Theft, or other hazard, regardless of cause or fault from the point in time from which physical possession is taken of the rental goods from Bear Creek Lodge to the point in time which Bear Creek Lodge takes possession back of the goods.
Equipment, lost, stolen, or damaged will be the responsibility of the Guest at its replacement cost to be determined and provided by Bear Creek Lodge.
- Guest will take all necessary precautions regarding the items rented, and protect all persons and property from injury or damage. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bear Creek Lodge, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs, from and against any and all liability claims and judgments of every kind and nature including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage to property, arising out of the use, maintenance, operation, possession, or rental of the items rented.
- Bear Creek Lodge is not liable for injuries or damage to persons or property caused by fire, lightning, windstorm, rain, cyclone, tornado, hail, explosion, or any other acts of God.
- Guest agrees to pay Bear Creek Lodge all costs and expenses and reasonable attorney's fees in any action brought to recover the rented merchandise, collect rentals or damages, or in which Bear Creek Lodge may become a party by reason of this Agreement. Guest agrees that the items will be used only for the purpose for which the items were manufactured and intended. (no standing on any beds, tables, or chairs)
